تقرير حول مشاركة مبادرة تيويزي في معرض الملتقى الجهوي الثالث للسياسات الثقافية المحلية بتيزنيت:
شاركت مبادرة تيويزي في معرض الملتقى الجهوي للسياسات الثقافية المحلية بتيزنيت أيام 22-23-24 دجنبر 2017 برواق يعرض التجربة الرائدة للمبادرة في مجال التوعية بالمحافظة على البيئة وحماية التراث بدائرة أنزي الذي يتمثل أساسا في النقوش الصخرية و المآثر العمرانية. وسلط رواق مبادرة تيويزي الضوء على ثراء دائرة أنزي الحضاري والثقافي بعرض صور الآثار وأبرز مجهودات شباب تيويزي في التعريف بها والمرافعة لتأهيلها وحمايتها.
وتتقدم مبادرة تيويزي بالشكر الجزيل لكل شبابها عرفانا بتضحياتهم و مجهوداتهم ولكل الفاعلين والهيئات الداعمة للمبادرة ولكل من ساهم أو يساهم في تنمية دائرة أنزي والرقي بها.
وتتشرف المبادرة برفع هده التوصيات إلى مختلف المعنيين والمتدخلين:
– ندعو الجميع تحمل مسؤولياتهم لوقف الكارثة البيئية بمركز أنزي ووضع حد للتخريب الذي يطال “موقع تاكفو الأثري” وضمان حقوق سكان الجوار في بيئة صحية.
– ندعو الهيئات والمؤسسات المعنية إلى تخصيص موارد بشرية ومادية لتوثيق الموارد الثقافية بدائرة أنزي وجردها وتسويقها ولهندسة مشاريع و خطط و التعبئة لجلب تمويلات وشراكات لترميم الآثار المهددة بالاندثار وخلق أنشطة بيئية وثقافية وسياحية بدائرة أنزي.
– وندعو الشباب من أبناء المنطقة إلى الاهتمام بالموروث الطبيعي والثقافي والتاريخي لدائرة أنزي و إنجاز بحوث أو اقتراح أفكار مشاريع للحفاظ على الموارد الرمزية والمادية للمنطقة وتأهيلها واستثمارها.

Rapport sur la participation de l’initiative TIWIZI au troisième forum régional sur les politiques culturelles locales à Tiznit:
L’initiative TIWIZI a participé au forum régional pour les politiques culturelles locales à Tiznit du 22 au 24 décembre 2017 par une galerie présentant l’expérience unique de l’initiative dans le domaine de la sensibilisation environnementale et de la protection du patrimoine dans le cercle d’Anzi, principalement représenté dans pétroglyphes et monuments architecturaux. La galerie de l’initiative TIWIZI a souligné la richesse culturelle du cercle d’Anzi et montré les efforts de la jeunesse de TIWIZI pour introduire ce patrimoine et plaider pour sa réhabilitation et sa protection.
L’Initiative TIWIZI adresse ses sincères remerciements à tous ses membres pour leurs sacrifices et leurs efforts, à tous les acteurs et partisans de l’initiative et à tous ceux qui ont contribué au développement d’Anzi.
L’initiative a l’honneur de soulever ces recommandations auprès des différents acteurs:
– Nous demandons à tous d’assumer leurs responsabilités pour mettre un terme à la catastrophe écologique du centre d’Anzi et à la destruction du site archéologique de TAGFO et garantir les droits des habitants voisins dans un environnement sain.
– Nous appelons les organismes et institutions concernés à allouer des ressources humaines et matérielles pour documenter, inventorier et promouvoir les ressources culturelles d’Anzi, élaborer des projets, planifier et mobiliser pour apporter des financements et des partenariats pour la restauration des monuments menacés et pour créer des activités culturelles et touristiques dans le cercle d’Anzi.
– Nous appelons les jeunes de la région à prêter attention au patrimoine naturel, culturel et historique d’Anzi et à mener des recherches ou proposer des idées de projets pour préserver, réhabiliter et investir les ressources symboliques et matérielles de la région.

Report on the participation of TIWIZI initiative in the third regional forum for local cultural policies in Tiznit:
TIWIZI Initiative has participated in the Regional Forum for Local Cultural Policies in Tiznit on 22-23-24 December 2017 by a gallery presenting the unique experience of the initiative in the field of environmental awareness and heritage protection in Anzi circle, which is mainly represented in petroglyphs and architectural monuments. The gallery of TIWIZI initiative highlighted the cultural richness of Anzi circle and showed the efforts of the youth of TIWIZI in introducing this heritage and pleading for its rehabilitation and protection.
TIWIZI Initiative extends its sincere thanks to all its members for their sacrifices and efforts, for all actors and supporters of the initiative and for all those who are contributing in the development of Anzi.
The initiative has the honor to raise these recommendations to various stakeholders and actors:
– We call upon all to assume their responsibilities to stop the environmental disaster at Anzi center and put an end to the destruction of TAGFO archaeological site and guarantee the rights of the neighboring inhabitants in a healthy environment.
– We call upon the concerned organizations and institutions to allocate human and material resources to document, inventory and promote the cultural resources of Anzi , to engineer projects, plans and to mobilize to bring funding and partnerships for the restoration of endangered monuments and to create environmental, cultural and tourist activities in Anzi cercle.
– We call upon young people from the region to pay attention to the natural, cultural and historical heritage of Anzi and to carry out research or propose project ideas to preserve, rehabilitate and invest the symbolic and material resources of the region.
